Restaurant Caravan-one - a place where seems that you are waited by something fine, but vaguely familiar. The chamber, very stylish space consisting of two halls and òåðàññû, with an exit in a summer court yard with àéâàíîì and carved columns of the end of 18 beginnings of 19 centuries.
It is an interior in which the correct balance between tradition and the present is found, a certain cultural emotion – very east and remembered.
This meeting of antiquarian values and the artefacts, one of significant details of an interior "Caravan-one" is an ancient ceiling of 19 centuries, protogenic beauty which opens exclusively manual skills of skilled restorers. Experts have intentionally left time signs, carefully restoring lists and the invoice of beams.Presence of "tamed fire», i.e. a fireplace serves as ideal continuation of the museum relation to a restaurant interior, the fireplace is laid out by the special ceramic tile made and painted manually on ancient technology known ðèøòàíñêèì êåðàìèñòîì with Alisher Nazirovym.
The important role in this interior is played by the illumination creating atmosphere of east romanticism and underlining a roughness of multilayered plasters and nobleness of a decor. These are lamps and the fixtures of the Moroccan origin known for the beauty for the whole world which work on a gleam and give to an interior sensation of fashionable twilight light and at the same time, visual ease. The interior "Caravan-one" to the full expresses individuality of the founders, this space which submits not to stylistic dogmas, and way of life and tastes of people which work in it. After all all the same not an interior, and sensation of comfort which he creates the main thing.
The ware and furniture "Caravan-one" in this case serves more likely as artefacts, than simply functional subjects. All ware for restaurant is made by request well-known êåðàìèñòîì A.Nazirovym in style «èøêîð», and the retrofurniture is fitted by the Uzbek fabrics of exclusively manual production.
