Company Registeration:
The following type of companies can be registered in Uzbekistan:
Basic requirements for company registeration:
Article of Memorandum Agreement in case of partners
Office rent contract
Bank account
Passport copies of the proprietor or partners
Authority letter to the lawer for the registeration of Company.
All the above documents should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan and Uzbek Embassy in Islamabad.
Companies registered in Ministry of Justice:
Daughterly Venture: DP 100% foreign company owned
Foreign owned: IP 100% foreign proprietor owned company
Joint Venture: SP Joint venture between a foreign company, and local Uzbek Partner
Minimum paid Up capital 150,000 USD
Initial transfer 30% of the paid up capital at the time of company registeration
Government fees and other charges: Total: 2500 USD
DP, IP, SP Companies registerd in Ministry of Justice can import their raw material by paying only 0.2% of the import value as custom declaration charges. The are protected under the constitutional guarantees
Companies registered in Local Mayor office .
