Kolobki from a yeast dough

From a flour of the premium, egg, sugar, salt, yeast to prepare the dough. The dough without form in a kind sausage which cut slices, go into balls, give relief drawing and fry in hot fan to readiness. Flour – 1kg., a milk glass, baked mutton fat or a butter – 0,5 glasses, egg – 1p., sugar – 2p spoons, salt – 0,5 teaspoons, yeast – 30g., vegetable oil – 1kg.
