Fried pelmeni

Meat to pass through a meat grinder, to add small cut onions, salt, pepper, all carefully to mix. The dough cook as on manty to unroll its layer of 1-2 mm., to cut small squares 5*5 see, on each small square to put on 1 teaspoon of the forcemeat fried in oil, to blind pelmeni. Pelmeni fry in the heated oil. Flour – 500g., meat – 500g., oil vegetative – 1kg., onions napiform – 400g., 1 egg, salt, the black processed pepper.
