Cold soup from sour milk
Sour milk to dissolve cooled êèïÿ÷îííîé with water, to fill with salt and red ground pepper. Small to crumble fresh cucumbers, a garden radish, very small to chop an onions, a coriander, fennel, rayhon. All to put in the dissolved sour milk, to pour in kazi, to cool. Curdled milk – 1,5 kazi, water – 2l., cucumbers – 2p., a garden radish – 1 bunch, a green onions, a coriander, fennel, a branch rayhon, salt, red ground pepper.
